The Ayyubid Dynasty (1171-1341 CE). The founder of the Ayyubid Dynasty Najm ad-Din Ayyub bin Shadhi son of the Kurdish ruler Shadhi ibn Marwan belonged to the Rawadiya, a branch of the Hadhabani tribe.
